✦Build a strong stakeholder group around the themes of programs while supporting the implementation of program strategy and business development;

✦Develop strategies and operational plans to conduct businesses for all external affairs including strengthening relationships with officials, government, and legislative affairs to provide a cohesive and comprehensive perspectives of the agency;

✦Advocating to advance policy discussions regarding the development of a culture of accountability, transparency and the respect for the rule of Law;

✦Lead and manage a performing team, ensuring transparency and clear objectives that are agreed upon with a clear division of roles and responsibilities; effective use of resources;

✦Provide expertise, political insight and technical leadership on programs;

✦Provide Financial management analysis;

✦Conduct to needs assessments, context analysis and design of programs;

✦Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor progress towards outputs and outcomes using key Performance Indicators; evaluation of performance and management; assess and manage risk appropriately.
