✦Building partnership with government officials, leaders, and Community advocates to address discrimination issues and compliance with State and City ordinances and laws;

✦Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders for constructive collaboration;

✦Convey the interests of constituents to public officials and City Council;

✦Key participant in a nationwide Conference to negotiate City polices, processes and community issues;

✦Assist in resolving racial tensions in areas of employment, housing and public accommodations;

✦Monitor, evaluate and implement City programs in education, homelessness, disability, education and public safety;

✦Established relationships with community advocates, City Officials and media for targeted collaborations;

✦Work with programs in the underrepresented immigrant and refugee communities.
